Individual Therapy

Sometimes what we carry is too personal for a group — and too heavy to carry alone. Individual arts-based therapy sessions offer you a private, unhurried space to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Using creative processes — we work together to access feelings and patterns that can be difficult to reach through words alone. This isn't art class. You don't need talent, experience, or any idea of what you want to make. You just need to show up. Each session is shaped around you — your pace, your needs, your goals. We use simple check-ins before and after each session so you can actually see and feel what's shifting over time. What we can work with together: Anxiety and stress · Depression · Grief and loss · Self-esteem and identity · Childhood and family patterns · Life transitions · Emotional overwhelm · Anger · Self-harm support Session details: Duration: 60 minutes Available: In-person in Mumbai (Andheri, Malad, Borivali) and online across India First session: Introductory session at low cost available — reach out to know more"

Group Therapy

There is something that happens when people create together in a room — guards come down, something softens, and the realisation arrives quietly: I am not the only one feeling this. Group therapy at See Your Shrink brings together small groups of people navigating similar experiences — using arts-based processes to explore, express, and heal in community. Sessions are structured but not rigid. There is space to observe, to participate, and to simply be present. Groups run around specific themes so that every member of the group is walking a similar road. This shared ground makes the healing feel less lonely — and often more profound than working alone. Current and upcoming group themes: Anxiety and stress · Depression · Grief · PCOD and body image · Emotional burnout · Self-worth and identity What to expect: A small, confidential group of 6–10 people. Arts-based activities woven through each session. A safe, non-judgmental space facilitated with warmth and care. No art experience needed — ever. Session details: Duration: 90 minutes per session Format: Multi-week programmes Available: In-person in Mumbai and online across India Fee: Starting at as low as Rs.250/- per person, per session, reach out to know the details

Creative Workshops

Arts-based workshops bring the power of creative expression into schools, colleges, NGOs, corporate spaces, and wellness retreats — as a tool for wellbeing, connection, and team building that goes far beyond the usual. These aren't icebreakers. They're carefully designed experiences that use creative processes to help groups slow down, express honestly, and connect — with themselves and each other. Nine years of facilitating groups across varied settings means each workshop is shaped to the specific needs of your organisation and your people. No two workshops are the same. Who these are designed for: Corporate teams and organisations · Schools and colleges · NGOs and community organisations · Women's groups · Wellness retreats · Mental health awareness events What a workshop can address: Stress and burnout · Team connection and trust · Emotional wellbeing · Self-expression and communication · Resilience and coping · Awareness around mental health Workshop formats: Half-day, full-day, and multi-session programmes available. Custom design based on your group's size, goals, and context. Reach out with your organisation name, group size, and what you're hoping to create together.
